«Bank-Client/Internet» System

Upon the installation of a Bank-Client/Internet System (with a Web–interface), a Customer stars to exchange data with the Bank via Internet on-line.

The use of a Bank-Client/Internet System has the following advantages:

No specialized software is required from the customer System
For the standard operation, it is sufficient for a Customer to have a standard WEB Microsoft Internet Explorer application. In this case, the operations with the System proceed as those with a common HTML page. A Customer of AB ORGRESBANK (OAO) may use any computer connected to Internet, where a required explorer is installed. The software operations do not dependent on the type of connection.

Continuous System capabilities expansion and consideration of the law changes
In case of any System capabilities expansion or any change in laws of the Russian Federation, which require appropriate adjustments of the System software, the software is updated automatically when a Customer connects to the Bank via the System; taking no other steps a Customer may start operations with an updated software System version.

High document flow speed
The use of electronic telecommunications for the purposes of document flow between a Customer and the Bank allows to substantially increase the document transmission rate. The documents sent by a Customer reach the Bank and are executed immediately. Most of the documents received by the Bank from a Customer can be processed automatically (in case they are correctly generated). When conventional data transfer formats on paper is applied, it seems impossible to achieve the same data transfer and processing rates.

Security
The use of the latest data protection developments in the System guarantees complete information security. When dealing with the System, you can be sure in confidentiality of the data transferred to and received from the Bank. Well-developed system delimiting the data access rights allows to be sure that your documents will be received only by the authorized persons. AB ORGRESBANK (OAO) operating process provides that the documents transferred to the Bank on behalf of a Customer are signed with a required number of digital signatures of officers authorized by the Customer to sign related documents. The use of a digital signature as an electronic equivalent of the autograph signature by an authorized officer for the Customer eliminates an opportunity of document transfer by other persons on behalf of that authorized officer.
